Tim Ferriss, the author of “The 4-Hour Work Week” has done it again!

It’s an essential part of anyone’s health and fitness library and will be another best-seller for this author because of the vast range of subjects covered – it’s all there! The book’s cover says that it’s an “Uncommon Guide to Rapid Fat-Loss, Incredible Sex and Becoming Superhuman.” And after reading it, I have no reason to disbelieve him.
